Ingredients

  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
  • Paprika

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°;
  • Thoroughly drain artichokes;
  • Pat dry on a paper towel;
  • Cut each one into quarters;
  • Arrange artichokes in an 8-inch baking dish;
  • Combine mayonnaise, and cheeses;
  • Spread over artichokes;
  • Sprinkle with paprika;
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are brown.
